Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir,
My questions is regarding transfer.
I am working in government of maharashtra ITI mulund Mumbai as a craft instructor(work shpo practice ) in centre of excellence scheme from 11. 05.2011. Said scheme is abolished and abosorb me as a craft instructor (Turner ) in same establishment ITI Mulund ,Mumbai in craftsmen training scheme in 24.05.2016
My query is my service period is counted from 2011 or 2016 according to Maharashtra government servants Regulations of transfers and prevention of delay discharge of official duties act 2005

Your date of joining 11.05.2011 will be the commencement of service tenure and will remain applicable for all service benefits.
