Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
What happens sir,I got sc certificate by the influence of my neighbour. Actually what happens sir,When I was at the age of 18+ years and, one day I was standing near my house, my neighbour had told me that, you have a Blood relation sc certificate, of your uncle, and you could get your sc certificate from this. Actually I had no knowledege about that.I agreed about that and my neighbour had helped me lot to get the sc certificate.Actually I am not sc. But I am asking you, is it a intentional mistake, or there I got also job from that,because I had already became trapped previously.Supreme court's recent judgement had set aside about the case.Please tell me the actuality.

It's an offense to avail SCHEDULED CASTE, OR TRIBE CERTIFICATE as not belonging to an actual sect.
