Kindly guide me my office colleague has blamed for some unethical actions like involved in a sexual relation with a lady during office hours which i have not done he has no proof no eyewitness. I wanted to take legal action against him. pl advise

send him a legal notice and then file a suit for defamation and you can also initiate criminal case against him.
