my father died in 2001 and he is the only bread earner of the family.
my father left behind my mother , younger sister and me (his son) when i was 12 year old .my family applied for job in 2003 they rejected as i was not 18 yr old as per criteria . therefore we applied in 2008 but they didnt respond well. and now in 2015 they are saying that your family condn is not so bad thats why rejected our candidature
my mother was 29 year old when my father died and her health condn was not right to apply for the job as she her treatment is going on in aiims hospital from last 23 years .
he worked for delhi govt in sales tax deptt

1) Immediately after ur fathers death, u hv to apply though minor who will keep ur application live till attain the majority.

2) Ur financial status is also important.

3) If failed, file WP in HC.
