Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
Sir..Rawapildi my wife fille petition against me for the child welfare money..amount per month is 12000pkr..I divorce my wife for the misbehave with me and parents..I m not paying child welfare money in court..if i go pakistan airport then they can stop me for the child welfare money

being father it's your responsibility to maintain your kids. If you are not paying the maintenance at this stage it would be added in aggregate. And unless your wife files an execution petition there would be no harm for you by any means but once if she files it then things would be getting narrow for you.
