Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
My son died in 2016 he has a property booked from Bahria Town. I applied for Letter of Administration/Succesion letter from the concerned Court of District Judge. Now the order passed and I am asked to submit solvent surety of Rs.975,000 Please tell me what and how should I deposit the solvent surety. What kind of documents would court accept
