MY SON Expired and Nominee is my Daughter-in -law in life insurance/Company Benifit , If any amount eligible for mother.

Yes Madam
Nominee only means that a person who is entitled to receive the money under the Insurance Policy. There is difference between Nominee and Person entitled to claim under the Policy.
A Nominee merely accept the money on behalf of the person who are actually entitled to have the money under the law i.e. legal heirs of the deceased.
Mother, Son and Wife are legal heirs of hte deceased. So along with Daughter in Law you are entitled and eligible to your share in the LIC Policy of your deceased son.
