Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
my son at 16 practise car driving in the complex and drives well. but the committee is saying its ill-legal . they will complain to the police. what is the law.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The committee is justified in their objection to your son practicing car driving in the complex since the minimum permissible age to drive any vehicle in India is 18 years, although you can drive a 50cc or less engine capacity moped at the age of 16 years itself.
