Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am udc in Central Govt. Subordinate office, getting Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- on granting 2nd Macp. 19 UDC of Defence filled a case on granting Macp ( Hirerchichal basis )i.e. Grade Pay 4200/-.They won the case on Central Cat, new Delhi. But the case is going on in Punjab High Court. Next date 11-11-2013.In that position can i go to the Cat, Kolkata for us or i have to wait until the final decision means High Court and Supreme Court decision will come out.
