Vice-Chancellor of the University is the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer full time Officer. Mr X is the vice-chancellor. While already working on the post of vice-chancellor Mr X joines as a professor in the same university. Now Mr X is holding and working on two separate posts of the same university. Mr X is enjoying the two differen positions in full and regular capacitis and is not in-charge of either of the two posts nor on lien on either of the two posts.
