Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am a victim of a sexual harassment at work place. The culprits are six persons who are leaders of strong union/association. The internal complaints committee made a preliminary inqury and the case was proved prima facie. As per my request the committee asked to shift them away from my workplace. The competent authority transferred then to other districts away from my work place. There the activity of ICC stopped, though they are supposed to initiate further disciplinary proceedings against the culprits.
Then the CEO retired and new CEO was posted. He brought back the culprits back to the same city. Due to the pressure form the unions. Now the new CEO transferred me because of their pressure. In the same building some other seat. If i go to court will i be reinstated by considering that i am a victim.the adminstartion is supporting the victims.
