will court fees be returned in case settlement of case happens with mutual understanding outside the court?

Court fees are non-refundable.

You can get the 50 % of the court fee paid. But the said proceedings has to to be dismissed as settled out of court and it should be recorded by the court and the court will pass consequential order for refund of 50% of the court fee paid.
