Dear Sir / Madam,
Registration of Will is optional and not mandatory. The testator (maker) of the Will should be of sound mind and in a position to personally sign the Will. Only if the testator is physically incapacitated to sign, a Will is valid if it is bears the thumb impression with a doctor's signature stating that it was signed in the doctor's presence.
