Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I work for state govt in India. I received another appointment from different state govt.. I resigned from previous service to join new service. My joining has not been accepted because I do not have relieving order from previous employer. I did not take NOC from previous employer. Now I am loosing both my jobs. Kindly help

1) This is the normal procedure. No legal issue.
2) Obtain relieving order from previous employer and join the new job.
