I worked there only for three months. how to get my certificates back? I have gone to the school in person two times and i have also sent a letter asking for my certificates.

You should have to take advice step by step and give power to me to handle on the subject. If required to get relief through the court you may ready for that. If you would be interested may contact through my email id.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Marksheets and Certificates are the property of the individual. No school or establishment has any legal right to detain original marksheets and Certificates of any candidate or employee being against the fundamental Constitutional right of "natural justice". You should go and meet the Principal requesting him / her to immediately return back your original documents, else straightaway report the matter to the Police for intervention and action. Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 7 days of your lodging a Police complaint.
Regards,
