Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am working in private institute for last 6 years and presently i am working in government orgainization i want my service book records from my previous private institute , I also send the demanding letter for service book from my government orgainization where i am working . but the private institute refuse to send the original copy of service book to my present institute , what shall i do? is there any rule for transfer of service book from private organization to governmnent organization
