Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Wr are 2 brothers & 2 sister. havong parenal property pof 600 sq. yard. My mtoher exp[ired in 1984 without any will. Father expired in 2011. My brother makes a unreigtered will with forged siganture & 2 witness signature is there. Now he selling property without giving any share to me & my sister.

Immediately file a suit for partition and pray for status quo and also apply for stay/injunction against your brother to restrain him from alienating the property. Don't delay a little bit. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]

You can file a case of partition and seek restraint order against your brother restraining him from selling the property and also seek declaration that the will is false an.d forged
