Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Is it acceptable to cite unreported supremecourt judgement downloaded from Supreme Court website in high court. Does it require to file affidavit or to mention web link or any other procedure.

you can furnish a copy of the printout of the judgement to the court. these judgements are available on the official website of the supremecoure you can download it from there.
