Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
Asslam o Alaikum
Mera case family court daska distt. Sialkot mein hai. Guzishta 12 month se mein apni beti ka khrcha de raha hu. Beti ki umar 2.5 saal se ziyada hai.
Ab mein beti ki lena chahta hu. Plz legal ho ya illegal dono kisam ki strong advise dein jiss se muje meri beti ko mere pass ane se koi na rok sake.

beti ki custody k liay aap ko case file karna parhe ga aur court main ye prove karna parhe ga k beti ki welfare aap k sath rehne main hay na k aap ki wife k sath rehne main kiun k custody k liay court sirf aur sirf minor ki welfare ko observe karti hay.
