in cbi case anticipatory bai has been cancelled from civil and high court . cbi special judge issued nbw against the accused . I want to can nbw be cancelled from civil court / cbi spcl court ? plz suggest the right step how to get recall of nbw & at which court and how to get bail .

1) Yes. CBI court has the power.
