1) Budhism is a philosophy and practice not caste. Hence no conversion.
2) Visit any nearest Budhist monastery to know more about five noble truths of Budha.

It is the ritual related subject such conversion can be disclose by buddist priest but by law such conversion can be by doing ceremony viz. marriage etc.
