Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Dear Sir/Madam..Myself Manish Verma from Delhi. I got married to Ms. Pinki on 13.05.2013 at District court TISHAZARI, Delhi and also at at ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR Jamna Bazar Delhi as hindu rituals. After marriage my wife went to her home as she said that she will make her parents agree for the marriage.but when she told them they didn't allow her to come to me.Her elder brother also threatened her that if she will go with me he will suicide or kill me.She told me about that and then I writ a file at Delhi high court to produce my wife at the court and we got 19.06.2013 for the hearing.During the period i talked so many times to my wife and she was agree to live with me. but her parents pressured her to refuse at the court.Till 18.06.2013 she was agree to live with me but on the hearing she refused in front of the bench at high court. i know why and how she did that but i couldn't do nothing there.I know she had refused but later she can cause any harm to herself even she can suicide at all. Now i am confused what to do and where to go. I am very depressed. Kindly give me your valuable guidance what can i do to get her back to my home. I will be very grateful to you. Kindly reply must as it is the question of my and my wife's life too as she is not safe with her parents. Please assist me. if she is willing to stay with you then the matter can be referred to mediation cell situated at various courts including tis hazari.
