Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
A employ dimissed by copetent authority in autonomous oganization he filed wp in HC which dismised wp on grounds that facts and allegations are involved in the case. So it may be filed at a proper forum.now what wd b that forum? Whether that oganization r trial court?

service tribunal, if the institution is a constitutional one and civil court if private /public entity.
