my Ex-director has just claim while she has resigned 7 years ago, that she is still a director of my company while she has no any attendance nor any work during last seven years.

any resolution was adopted when she resigned from the director-ship and you joined the company. , if yes, then was that resolution submitted before CRO ?
Is it single member company ?
what is the status of share holder..?
