Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Can we file a reappeal in High court?
We had lost our land related case in district court and filed an appeal in High court but the high court had rejected our appeal to hear our case. To my mind, our lawyer had not represented our case clearly, therefore now I just want know that can I re-appeal in High court before looking ahead.

You can file only a Special Leave Petition to Supreme Court within 60 days of the High Court order. If 60 days time limit is already over, you have to file an application for Condonation of delay with the Special Leave Petition
