Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
I have filed a court contempt case in Bombay high court on 24.12.2013 and the case got registered on 24.1.2014 my case till date is in pre admission stage how long does it take for a court contempt case to come on board or is my lawyer not taking interest and therefore my case is in the pre admission stage please advice

what is the date of hearing of the case? inquire from the registry. Dont blame your lawyer unless you are very sure.
