Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
I along with my friends filed a case in The High Court but could not take decision in our favor. Now some of my friends go into review appeal but I not part of this appeal. My question is that if they get relief from the court, can I get benefit of this decision or not? if not, Can I appeal on other forum?

you can become the party in this case as well by filing an application. But if you don't want to be a party even then you will get the benefit.
