Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
My husband is in the police department and he is threatening me to register a false case of theft against me and my parents in the court or police station.Is it possible that anyone can register a complaint without any evidence on behalf of written oath?What course of action the law takes on such complaints?

if he is threatening any such action immediately give a written complaint against him to the ACP of the area. If they dont listen you can approach the court.
