My Marage Doughter went to case in court for her right in my propaty. but my doghter can't see me when i am in travel saw i dont went to give any right in propaty. Saw what can i do in law

If the property is not an ancestral property and is self earned property in your name than your daughter is not entitled to claim any share in your property unless you want to give her any share. You can deal with and dispose of your property in any manner as you deem appropriate and can give it to any person of your choice by way of will, gift, sale or any other manner.
