I was married 5 months ego. My husband never gave me any money to live. Now he's gonna divorce me.

You can claim the dower money, maintenance for few months. If he tortures you, mentally and physically abuses you in some manner, talk in detail to a lawyer. You might have other remedies against him if you wish to get.
