Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
My mon had borrowed dome of 5lakh in 2004 @3% since then is paying interest amount of 15k every month from past 12yrs. Now we are asking the lender to give time were we will pay in 2installment of the principal amount. He his not agreeing to it. So can you help us how to settle this.
