Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Hello, my name is mrs. Dimple khorawal. My question is related to my maternal property. We are three brother - sister ( my two elder brother and I m the only sister ) my father expired 30 yrs back. My father was working in semi govt. organization, which my mother got later. Now last year only in the month of August 2012 she got retirement. Problem starts when she got retired. My mother and my two elder married brothers are living in the same flat. I got married in 2007 and living in south delhi where my maternal home is in west delhi. This flat where my family is living is given by my grandfather to us, he named this flat to my brothers and made nominee to my mother. When he given tht house to us he took my signature on some legal papers, which later I had cme to know that Those legal papers were related to property, according to those papers I will have no rights on that flat. Now my both brothers ae asking for their part in that house, if it is happens then wht about my mother, where she will go ? where she will stay ? I have nothing in my hand. My brothers are not ready to keep my mother with them ( because their wives are not ready) if I had any chance to get my part from the flat so no power can make her out from the house. Pl. help my poor mother ? Pl. help me, suggest me wht to do. I stay with my In -laws so cannot keep my mother along with me. Pl. tell wht should we do so tht my mother can stay in the same house with the legal right.
