Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
A person goes to the civil court for filing a civil suit without a counsel. The concerned official of the court refuses to take his application by saying that he will not entertain any civil suit without a counsel. But the civil suit can be filed without any lawyer.
What the affected person should do for filing a civil suit in the court without a counsel if this happens?

Dear it mean you are not doctor and going to operate other in operation theatre of hospital.
Any how you can file civil suit in person and if it refised the approach district judge.

He must learn the procedure first.. many people file civil suits without counsels but they are either lawyers in person or they know the law.. If you dont know the law, don't try filing the case through application.. Kindly read CPC first.. [email protected]

You have right to file suit in person. But that will damage you. You can challenge the order in next forum.
