Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
I got retired from MCB on 30-04-2002 at age of 60, under pension scheme. My pension was fixed at Rs 10000(ten thousand )per month.with hike in prices,my pension has been reduced Rs 8400/- in addition MCB is trying not approve my medical bills. My recent medical bill has withheld for five months.at HO. Has MCB no respect for retired people,is it a wolffish organization ?
