Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Sir/mam, i purchased a piece of land in the year 1990.I have a registered sale deed and a mutation order.Entries are there in the r6 register but i was not issued the khatauni of my land.

In the year 2005 my land was acquired by kda,up.But the acquisition is shown from the previous owner of land not through me...no compensation have been made by authorities.

I have a writ in the high court askng for the khatauni of my land.

They showed the khatauni by the name of kda through transfer of the previous land owners.we also asked about entries of my name in r6 regiater .

To which they filed a false affidavit in court stating that there are no enteries of my name.They mislead the court.

What should i do more than a forgery case in high court.

I cant leave them with just a forgery case.

They have destroyed my life in seeking tehlsil sadar regularly.

Can i get back my land? As it is not acquired through me + section 24(2) is also in my favour.

Please help me out.

1) Based on registered sale deed and mutation order, u might hv already challenged.

2) Call for original records from revenue officials through court to produce not affidavit.

3) Also obtain copies of relevant revenue records under RTI and produce before HC.
