Legal Question in Banking Law in India
we are 3 friends working with APSRTC took personal loan on mutual guaranty from Syndicate bank 2 of them retired from service 1 paid back his dues and settled the loan the other one is not ready to pay the dues earlier my salary account was with the same bank 14 months back it was shifted to SBH now the SBH is not ready to relies my amounts and asking me to get no objection letter from syndicate bank we have also given the details (residential address and mobile number ...etc..of the defaulter)to Syndicate bank shall i proceed leegally
