Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have got 5 months EMI due with the bank. It is a home loan..but they are not for three consecutive months..I could not pay in November 2009, then April 2010, then September 2010..like that 5 months..Can my account be called NPA as it is not consecutive 90 days of payment?

yes. Default for 3 months whether consecutive or disjuncted will attract classification as NPA
