Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have an account of my grandfather whose nominee is me and he died.the matter is the receipt of that fixed deposit account is in the hand of uncle and now he is avoiding me,so tell me where should I go ? and what should I do??

Go to the bank and submit indemnity for loss of deposit receipt and claim the amount.

You should lodge your claim with the Bank and submit the necessary documents as required by the Bank.
