Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Account number jumbling wrong Account debited and credit given to destination bank and the correct persons Account not debited but he is denying to give money after repeated calls, he is telling that it is not my mistake it is banks mistake so now if we are approaching destination bank and sending letter to them via RTGS cell to reverse the money, if funds is available then can the problem be solved

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Bank has committed an error in punching the wrong A/c Number, the Bank remains primarily liable to the customer to recover the money from the wrong receipient and credit the A/c of the payee in whose name the cheque has been issued, or else make good the loss to that A/c holder.
