Legal Question in Banking Law in India
An account has been opened by a terminated trustee producing false documents. If the authorized trustees approaches the bank, will the signatories be changed to authorized trustees? will the bank account be ceased?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. You will have to submit incriminating evidence of the false documents to the Bank along with a copy of the Police First Information Report (FIR) lodged against the terminated trustee with a request to the Bank to take cognizance of the offence and amend and rectify their records correctly.
