Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my actual outstanding towards bank is about rs.23.0 lakh and bank give notice under sarfaesi is rs.39.0 lakh and bank also pressout my outstanding rs.39.0 lakh.
now can i file a petition against bank for badnaxi.

Yes you can challenge the notice in DRT. There might be interest penalty etc.
