you have to file an appeal against the order of the presiding officer before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal having jurisdiction over Trib II chennai. Take an early action. You will have to pray for stay of recovery or giving effect to the order.
File an appeal to the DRAT Chennai within 45 days of the receipt of free copy and also seek waiver of predeposit. Consult a local lawyer and proceed. Only if you have good arguable case on merits you should appeal. Otherwise try one time settlement with the Bank concerned.
