Legal Question in Banking Law in India
thanks for your answer sir, in this sme loan i gave three properties to bank 1.my husband property 2.my mother in law property 3.my father property in our father's property all my three brothers,my mother&father; all are signed two years before but last one and half year before one of the brother went to singapore and work there Bank said that all the people has to sign for releasing the document, what we will do sir tellme.
