Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I applied for credit card in 2000 and was approved. I used the same till 2002 and settled the account by making some payment as agreed by both sides. Now that they are asking to make the balance payment as the settlement made is not valid and that too after a long gap of almost 12 years. Kindly help me in this issue and give me a guidance to tackle this issue. Thanking you, with regards.

You should provide them with a copy of the Credit Card settlement and closure, if you have it with you.
