Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Bank Ask for ID, Address Proof (as self attested copy) should we have to sigh our original signature used in bank. or we can use our other signature to self attest, is this legal to verify signature from PAN Card

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, this is a legal validation procedure followed by the Bank and you have to self attest the xerox with your original signature.

1) Specimen signature preserved by bank officials is confidential used for drawals only.
2) For routine u need not use the same on applications, attestations etc but maintain uniform.
3) Self attestation asked by bank is correct.
