Legal Question in Banking Law in India
What can be done if the bank is charged us extra chargers for foreclosure charges for loan account ? Is there any law that protects us against this kind of situation?

You first issue a notice to the Chairman/MD of the Bank claiming the reversal of the extra charges and if he does not afford relief, file a complaint to RBI Ombudsman. You can find out the procedure in RBI website
