Legal Question in Banking Law in India
if any bank employee personally give amount the party without out the knowledge of the concerned higher officer then it will make any trouble to the bank employee?

Dear Sir / Madam.
If the money belongs to the Bank, yes there will be trouble for the employee; if it is the employee;s personal cash, there is no problem.
