Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Can a bank file a 138 case against someone if he has defaulted payment of credit card. if yes what best option one can opt for. and the bank has filled this case in some other state now i am facing a bailable arrest warrant what should i do

If the said matter is simply related to default payment of credit card, in that situation they can file only civil recovery suit. in addition to, in case of any attached loan on behalf of Credit card and they hold any cheque as a security than only the case under section 138 is maintainable.
