Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Bank locker rent not paid for 9 years. Savings Account also no operated for same period. What would be the liability to bank with respect to locker rent?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Bank will recover arrears of locker rent and non-operating charges of your Savings A/c accumulated since all these years and you remain liable to pay both as long as the locker and the Savings A/c remains in your name..
