Can a Bank who is a tenant of property owned by HUF & lease has expired stop paying rent and refuse to renew the lease to huf on letter from coparcener?

It is for the bank to renew the lease or continue.Has the bank vacated the property or are they still in possession.I need more facts to answer the query.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although there is no compulsion on the bank to renew the lease, if the bank refuses to renew the lease and pay renewed Lease charges, the Owner should ask the bank to immediately vacate the property and handover possession to the Owner.
